We can conduct a valuable workshop where we will work with you to review safety rules, procedures, and documents, current industry best practices, and deliver a customized written report with recommendations for enhancing efficiency at your facility.

2. Standard Forms
Stilwell & Associates has developed, with the input of industry professionals, standard Lockout Tagout forms and Danger Tags that meet standard requirements. These forms have your facility name automatically populated from the TagLink database.

3. Standard Training Service
One of the most important beliefs that influenced product development at Stilwell & Associates is that TagLink should be flexible enough to work within established policies, procedures, and best practices that currently exist in your work environment.

To maximize the benefit to your personnel, Stilwell & Associates can review your existing procedures and guidelines with a person (or persons) of your choice to develop a training plan specific to your facility.

Effective training and managing change are critical factors for success during any implementation. We can work with you to train your staff to gain the highest level of acceptance possible by using terminology, processes, and procedures that your staff is already accustomed to using.

4. Software Installation Service
Stilwell's representatives will install the TagLink software on-site, configure database connectivity and custom queries, configure and test printers as they are available, and test the application's functionality.

If your security protocols require that only facility-cleared personnel access the computer workstations, Stilwell associates will act in a technical advisory capacity, but they will ensure that the software installation is successful.
